Services are provided on behalf of individual business clients. The business you contacted is responsible for the services they deliver. Housework Group provides the underlying technology platform.
By submitting your phone number through a Housework Group platform or any contact form powered by Housework Group, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us or our clients related to your service inquiry, appointment, or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, service status notifications, follow-up communications, and responses to your inquiries. We will not send marketing or promotional messages unrelated to your service request without your separate consent.
You opt in to SMS communications by voluntarily submitting your phone number through a contact form, booking system, or other platform operated or powered by Housework Group, and indicating your request for service.
After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by contacting us directly or resubmitting your information through our platform.
SMS and MMS messages are transmitted over third-party carrier networks. Housework Group is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by telephone carriers, network outages, or factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
